Mossberg Adds 590 and 590R Pump-Action Shotguns to 2026 Product Line
Connecticut-based firearms maker Mossberg announced the additions of two shotguns to their 2026 production line: the 590R Chisel and 590RM Chisel.
The new models combine Mossberg’s pistol-grip rotary safety, pump-action shotguns with enhanced ergonomics, compact handling, and rugged styling designed for tactical and defensive settings.
The firearms come as the product of a collaboration with Chisel Machinery. You can find more details on the shotguns here.

Jeep Axes the 4XE Wrangler Hybrid Model
In another blow to the electric vehicle sector, Stellantis announced plans to axe the Jeep Wrangler 4XE from production, the company’s previously touted “best selling” EV product.
The news follows a report last week showing American automaker General Motors filing a $6 billion electric vehicle loss in 2025.
After the 4XE’s cancellation, all Jeep and Chrysler plug-in models are officially discontinued. You can read more on the move from Stellantis here.
