The World Is Falling in Love With America
In case you've been living under a rock or, even worse, didn't read our last edition, the World Cup is currently taking place right here in America. Forty-eight countries are playing in the World Cup, which also means 48 countries' worth of fans have descended upon our country.
And it's been amazing.
Aside from the U.S. winning their first match 4-1 against Paraguay, the best part about the World Cup has easily been watching all the other countries' fans fall in love with America.
Turns out, the Europeans really love Taco Bell, ranch dressing, and free refills. The Japanese have become obsessed with our small-town rural diners. Everyone who's here has been posting their amazement at the diversity and beauty of our landscape, the scope of our summer thunderstorms, and the overall warmth and optimism of the American spirit.
We don't know about you, but nothing makes us feel more patriotic than watching others fall in love with our country.
A Piece of Your Childhood Is Getting a Remaster
Last week was Nintendo Direct, an event where Nintendo announces all of its upcoming games, and everyone online is losing their minds.
More than 30 games were announced, including a co-op game titled "Big Walk," a DLC for Pokémon Pokopia, and more.
The announcements that have people the most excited, however, are the confirmations of games that may remind you of simpler days — games like Kingdom Hearts 4, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and, perhaps the biggest of all, a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Click here for a full list of the announced games and their trailers.

Tall Isn't Tall Enough
In 1935, the Gottfried Krueger Brewing Company revolutionized the beer industry by selling the world's first can of beer. At just 12 ounces, they can finally let people sip their favorite beverage without wrestling a clunky glass bottle.
But it wasn't big enough. What about the people who wanted two beers' worth without having to grab another can? So, in 1960, the Milwaukee-based Schlitz Brewing Company invented the "Tall Boy" to hold 24 ounces.
But it still wasn't big enough.
Enter Coors Light's new "Tallerboy," a limited-edition 18-inch-tall canister that holds up to three 12-ounce cans of Coors beer. See for yourself.
The U.S. and Iran Have Reached a Peace Deal
President Donald Trump announced Sunday that the United States and Iran have reached a peace deal. Under the deal, the U.S. will lift its naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and reopen it starting Friday, a move officials hope will ease global gas prices.
The two sides plan to formally sign the deal in Switzerland later this week, launching a 60-day negotiating period on the future of Iran's nuclear program.
