Tony Romo, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current lead NFL color commentator for CBS Sports, has thrown a pick-six… to the Wisconsin police.

Romo was arrested July 23 in Wisconsin for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusing to submit to a chemical test.

New body camera footage shows him telling officers he can't be drunk because he's coming from a golf course.

He has since been released from jail and awaits a Sept. 21 court date.

The Ohio State Fair opened yesterday and runs through Aug. 9.

But here's the real question: is it worth attending?

Gate admission is $13 for adults, $10 for kids 6 to 12 and seniors 60 and up, and free for children 5 and under. The $9 advance ticket window closed July 28, so plan on the gate price plus $10 for parking, which used to be free. 

The savings are in the discount days: adults pay the kids' price of $10 on Monday, Aug. 3, and college students get in for $10 with a valid ID on Thursday, Aug. 6.

Between the food, the petting zoos, live music, butter sculptures and animal showcases, the fair is a cheap way to get out of the house and see something new.

Two Ohio Democrats want to let 16-year-olds vote.

Reps. Chris Glassburn, D-North Olmsted, and Sean Brennan, D-Parma, filed House Joint Resolution 8, which would change the Ohio Constitution to drop the voting age from 18 to 16.

 Before anyone panics, it only covers state and local races. Federal elections stay 18 and up.

Here's the catch: it needs three-fifths of both the House and Senate to sign off before voters ever see it. In a Republican-controlled legislature, that's a tall order.

 The sponsors are shooting for the Nov. 3 ballot anyway.
