🚚 Truckin’ Along
A hydrogen-powered Toyota Tacoma was unveiled at SEMA this past week in Las Vegas, showcasing a hydrogen fuel cell-powered overlanding design on the best-selling model.
The Tacoma H2-Overlander Concept was designed by Toyota Racing Development (TRD) teams in California and North Carolina, and combines hydrogen fuel cell and battery-electric technologies to power the truck.
The truck produces 547 horsepower from dual electric motors—one at each axle, delivering instant torque, quick refueling, and four-wheel-drive capability through front and rear locking differentials.

📰 Senate Reaches Deal to End Shutdown
The government is officially on track to be back open, but the details on the deal have been a bit confusing.
To sum it up, Democrats were demanding Republicans extend the Obamacare tax credits for insurance companies, while Republicans refused to do so, and demanded a bill that simply funds the government.
The two sides compromised by agreeing to hold a vote on the Obamacare credits by January, and passed a bill that will fund the government through January 30th.
